Objectives

• SO 1. To substantiate approaches to the introduction of distance education as a separate independent form of learning for young people and adults to form in-demand perspective competencies, taking into account cognitive, behavioural and technological transformation of the individual, society and the labor market;
• SO 2. To comprehensively improve the system of distance education in higher education institutions as a separate independent form of education for youth and adults and to strengthen its institutional, organizational, methodological, personnel, material and technical support.

Tasks

• Т.3.1. Comprehensive improvement of the distance education system, defining its structure and elements;
• Т.3.2. Selection of didactic methods and approaches to form prospective competencies of education applicants;
• Т.3.3. Development of tools and means of forming prospective competencies of education applicants;
• Т 3.4. Identification of needs and necessary support for further development of the distance education system.
