Objectives
SO 1. To substantiate
approaches to the introduction of distance education as a separate independent form of learning for
young people and adults to form in-demand perspective competencies, taking into account cognitive,
behavioural and technological transformation of the individual, society and the labor market;
SO 2. To comprehensively
improve the system of distance education in higher education institutions as a separate independent form
of education for youth and adults and to strengthen its institutional, organizational, methodological,
personnel, material and technical support.
Tasks
Т.3.1. Comprehensive
improvement of the distance education system, defining its structure and elements;
Т.3.2. Selection of didactic methods and
approaches to form prospective competencies of education applicants;
Т.3.3. Development of tools and means of forming
prospective competencies of education applicants;
Т 3.4.
Identification of needs and necessary support for further development of the distance education
system.
