On the occasion of the Science Day, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University organized an exhibition-presentation of the achievements of the university’s scientists, the exhibits of which were on display on May 16-17, 2024. Special attention was paid to the location of international projects implemented and coordinated by the CNU. The EU project under the Erasmus+ program DEFEP Higher Education Capacity Building “Distance Education of the Future: EU Best Practices in Response to the Demands of Modern Higher Education Students and the Labor Market” was presented by coordinator Olena Filimonova, who familiarized all those interested with the goals and results. The participants were interested in the opportunities that the project opens up for the transformation of higher education, particularly in the context of the war in Ukraine. On this day, the city and regional authorities joined the greetings, including Vitalii Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration; Oleksandr Tritli, Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration; Alla Velikhovska, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration; and Oleksandr Senkevych, Mayor of Mykolaiv. Each of them assessed the importance of international projects for the development of the university and the community.
