On August 4, 2023, a meeting of the Working Group on Administration and Financial Management among Ukrainian partners took place within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 DEFEP project “Distance education for future: best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market”

During the meeting, issues related to the peculiarities of project cost management were resolved, taking into account the norms of national legislation. Specifically, discussions centered around reporting on business trips, payments, and the establishment of the exchange rate for the conversion of the national currency during the reporting process. Additionally, significant attention was devoted to the discussion of the interaction between partner universities, banking institutions, and the state treasury service during the project’s implementation.
