The team of the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling at Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University obtained the successful accreditation of the master’s degree programs “Financial Management and Controlling” and “Investment Management”!
The development of these educational programs took place within the framework of the international project ERASMUS+KA2 DEFEP “Distance Education for Future:
best EU practices in response to the requests of modern higher education seekers and labor market.” As part of this project, the following improvements were made:
The distance education system for master’s programs was comprehensively enhanced, particularly strengthening institutional, organizational, methodological, personnel, and material-technical support, taking into account European experience.
The professional and general competencies of academic and administrative staff were improved, contributing to the acquisition of specific skills necessary for the high-quality organization of the educational process.
Modern information and methodological materials on academic integrity were introduced into the curriculum.
An experimental distance education laboratory was opened, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and software.
The accreditation confirms the competitiveness of graduates in the global labor market and the high quality of teaching at the Department of Corporate Finance and Controlling. It is also a recognition of the professionalism of the program guarantors — Prof. Nataliia Babyak and Prof. Tetiana Maiorova.
The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance has confirmed that the programs meet the highest quality standards, are unique, and employ an innovative approach to learning. The issued accreditation certificate is valid until July 1, 2030.
